In 2009, while living New York City, My family's journey into the restaurant business and passion for Italian cuisine was ignited and we made Milano's Italian Grill in Little Rock. We believe in only serving authentic Italian cuisine at affordable prices. We do this by making all of our own sauces, breads, baked pastas and specialty dishes from scratch. We have grown to love our community in Little Rock and value the relationships we have built with our guests. We would like to invite you to come see us for the best Italian food in Little Rock.

Food very good.Server: in a hurry to get our order.In a hurry to get us out also: three of us at finished eating and she cleared everyone's place except for that one person. Had the feeling of a diner rude on the part of the server. Wine selection very limited.Garlic bread isn't actually garlic bread it's extremely cheesy bread.Would be willing to give it another shot if they clear up the service details.One other issue is that multiple tables face the west and in the afternoon guess have the sun blaring in their faces. there has been no attempt to put shades on these windows in order to accommodate guests.
